The “ Footbag ” dynamic balance program is aimed at all age groups.
The " Footbag " program makes it possible to develop the balance and muscle force of the legs, provided you are practiced regularly. When you are in shape, you risk falling less by sliding or stumbling.
The exercises of this program can be done easily at home or in tra-vail. To obtain a lasting result, we advise you to integrate them into your daily schedule.
Noticed:
A video pack of a size of approx. 25 MB will be downloaded after installation. In order to avoid too high a duration or download costs, we advise you to use WiFi access to download the video pack. If you don't have WiFi access when you install the application, you can ignore the video download and make it later.
