1. Add switches (Enable it in KK Widget setting->Advanced->Switch button)
2. Add 15 new clock style for Android 4.0-4.1
3. Add always force expanded view when widget is resized to be smaller
4. Add toast when clicking to update weather
5. Fix several small bugs
