With the aim of applying it to daily health management and business fatigue management, we have developed the "Flicker Health Management System," an application software that allows you to objectively measure fatigue, "anyone, anytime, and easily." The flickering threshold (flicker value) of flashing light decreases with the accumulation of mental fatigue, and it has been known to be a conventional method of using it as an objective measurement method for fatigue, but a specialized large, expensive measuring device was required for measurement.
