Telenor Activation APP enables our multi brand Retail outlet partners to activate Prepaid customers instantly through AADHAAR based EKYC. Zero documentation hassle, Instant customer activation and safe and secure biometric authentication.

You would require following to activate customers through Telenor Activation APP:

1. You need to be registered with Telenor as authorized Retail outlet for initiating EKYC activations

2. Access to android based handset with OTG-USB cable

3. Access to registered biometric device whose drivers are supported by Telenor Activation APP
