Pre-hospital Anti-fibrinolytics for Traumatic Coagulopathy and Haemorrhage
The PATCH trial is a multi-centre randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of pre-hospital treatment with tranexamic acid for severely injured patients at risk of acute traumatic coagulopathy. The PATCH trial is funded by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC).
